Our Story
Si was born from a feeling we wanted to share.
We’re Stuart and Mimi, partners in life, parents to two little ones, and locals on the Sunshine Coast. Between nursing, years of FIFO work, and raising a young family, we know what it feels like to run on empty and how much it matters to have somewhere to land.
We have close family in Western Australia, and during time spent in Perth we were introduced to contrast therapy in a way that felt deeply woven into everyday life. Not a routine to optimise. Just something people did together, slowly, intuitively, moving between heat and cold, talking, listening to their bodies, letting time feel intentional.
When we came home to the Sunshine Coast, we missed it. Not just the heat and the cold, but the way it opened conversation, slowed everything down, and made even an ordinary morning feel grounding. We looked around and realised there weren’t many spaces that offered that same feeling, somewhere spacious and unhurried, where you could move freely and simply be.
So we decided to build one ourselves.
We’re ocean-loving, easy-going people who believe that slowing down together is one of the most valuable things you can do. Si is our way of bringing that feeling home, a calm, welcoming space for the Sunshine Coast community to pause, reset, and share something simple and grounding together.
We’re so glad you’re here.

A Few Things We Believe In
Spaciousness.
Our saunas are built big. You should be able to move freely, not squeeze in.
No structure.
50 minutes. No timers, no rounds you have to follow. Listen to your body.
Accessible.
You don’t need a wellness background or a specialist vocabulary. Just show up.
Community.
Like a coffee shop, conversation is welcome and so is silence.
