Our Space
Si features two spacious, custom-built traditional Finnish saunas and five fjord ice baths. Thoughtfully designed with private change rooms and showers, plus complimentary filtered water, still or sparkling, with every visit.
Steps from the Mooloolaba beach strip, Si is built for people who want to feel good without overcomplicating it. Come alone, bring a friend, or just show up and see how you feel.

Contrast therapy, moving between heat and cold, has been used for centuries to help the body recover, settle the nervous system, and feel more human. We kept it simple: two saunas, five ice baths, and fifty minutes that are entirely yours.
